The user can create it own program just answering to few simple questions. Also the LM washers from 8kg come standard with GSM REMOTE ASSISTANCE. The GSM remote system brings big advantages. Shorter time intervention means savings in laundry down time cost. Customized programs can be up and downloaded by remote, the intervention time is quicker and a technicians visit is no longer necessary. We will know if your machine is broken as soon as an error is displayed on your machine. An email is sent from your machine to our office also a text is sent to our head engineer.
